Interstate Migrant Labor Commission; Florida membership.
—In selecting the Florida membership of the Interstate Migrant Labor Commission, the Governor may designate the secretary of the Department of Community Affairs as his or her representative. The two legislative members shall be chosen from among the members of the Legislative Commission on Migrant Labor, and at least one of the two members appointed by the Governor shall be chosen from among the members of the advisory committee to that commission.
