Violation and penalties.
—It is unlawful:
(1)
To sell any brake fluid that is adulterated or misbranded, not registered or on which a permit has not been issued.
(2)
For anyone to remove any stop-sale order placed on a product by the department, or any product upon which a stop-sale order has been placed.
(3)
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall, for the first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, and, for a second or subsequent offense, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
