Pools of insurance adjusters.

The department may, by rule, establish a pool of qualified insurance adjusters. The rules must provide that, if a hurricane occurs or an emergency is declared, the department may assign members of the pool to the affected area and that an insurer may request that a member of the pool adjust claims in the assigned area. The rules may not require that an insurer use those adjusters assigned by the department.
