Joint Legislative Management Committee.
11.147 Joint Legislative Management Committee.--
(1) There is hereby created the Joint Legislative Management Committee, which shall consist of three members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be a member of the minority party, and three members of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate, one of whom shall be a member of the minority party.
(2) The joint committee shall be governed by joint rules of the Senate and House of Representatives which shall remain in effect until repealed or amended by concurrent resolution.
(3) The joint committee shall deliver such vouchers covering legislative expenses as required to the Comptroller and, if found to be correct, state warrants shall be issued therefor.
