Voluntary contribution for organ and tissue donor education.
320.08047 Voluntary contribution for organ and tissue donor education.--As a part of the collection process for license taxes as specified in s. 320.08, individuals shall be permitted to make a voluntary contribution of $1, which contribution shall be deposited into the Florida Organ and Tissue Donor Education and Procurement Trust Fund for organ and tissue donor education.
