468.507  Authority to adopt rules.--The board may adopt such rules not inconsistent with law as may be necessary to carry out the duties and authority conferred upon the board by this part and chapter 455. The powers and duties of the board as set forth in this part shall in no way limit or interfere with the powers and duties of the board as set forth in chapter 458. All powers and duties of the board set forth in this part shall be supplemental and additional powers and duties to those conferred upon the board by chapter 458.
