514.081  Saving clause.--Any person or public body holding a valid permit granted by the department on or before June 30, 1978, to construct, add to, modify, or operate any public swimming pool or bathing place may continue under provisions of said permit so long as it remains valid and unrevoked. Henceforth, said permit shall be renewed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
