Disposition of fees.
1523.22 Disposition of fees.--All fees or other compensation collected by the supervising inspector, inspectors at large, and inspectors of ports under the provisions of ss. 523.10, 523.13, and 523.18 must be deposited by the inspector collecting same with the State Treasurer and must be accounted for in the same way as are other state funds. The State Treasurer shall credit all such receipts to the General Revenue Fund and the Legislature shall provide in its General Appropriations Act sufficient sums for salaries and expenses of all naval stores inspectors appointed under this chapter.
