Possession of medical examiner’s certificate.

(1)

The department shall not issue a commercial driver’s license to any person who is required by the laws of this state or by federal law to possess a medical examiner’s certificate, unless such person presents a valid certificate prior to licensure.

(2)

This section does not expand the requirements as to who must possess a medical examiner’s certificate.
