Creditable service.
Creditable service.
121.085 Creditable service.—The following 1provision shall apply to creditable service as defined in s. 121.021(17): no creditable service which remained unclaimed at retirement may be claimed or purchased after a retirement benefit payment has been cashed or deposited.
