Immediately following Specific Appropriation 198, DELETE:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 198, the agency shall
complete the procurement process to secure risk-based contracts required
in the Fiscal Year 2003-04 General Appropriations Act to procure
statewide laboratory services for Medicaid recipients that includes a
real-time, web-based reporting system that interfaces with a real-time,
web-based prescription ordering and dispensing system.
Immediately following Specific Appropriation 198, INSERT:
From the funds in Specific Appropriation 198, the agency shall
issue Request for Proposals, per the provisions of chapter 287,
Florida Statutes, to secure risk-based contracts required in the
Fiscal Year 2003-04 General Appropriations Act to procure
statewide laboratory services for Medicaid recipients that include a
real-time, web-based reporting system that interfaces with a real-time,
web-based prescription ordering and dispensing system.
