Spec App: 2982A          Capital Outlay - Cultural Facilities Program category
                         for the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center.

Funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  2982A  are provided for the cultural
facility   projects  that  were  selected  in  accordance  with  Chapter
1T-1.001,  Florida  Administrative  Code,  and  section 265.701, Florida
Statutes.


and insert in lieu thereof:

From the funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  2982A, $11,738,950  is
provided for the cultural facility   projects  that  were  selected  in 
accordance  with  Chapter 1T-1.001,  Florida  Administrative  Code,  and
section 265.701, Florida Statutes.

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 2967A:

Funds  in Specific Appropriation 2967A from the General Revenue Fund are
provided  for  library construction projects that are in compliance with
section   257.191,   Florida   Statutes.    Of  the  funds  in  specific
appropriation  2967A,  $6,500,000  is  provided for the thirteen highest
ranked  projects  that have been priority ranked under Chapter 1B-2.011,
Florida  Administrative  Code,  and  $1,000,000 is provided for projects
that  had  previously been awarded a library construction grant but were
subsequently withdrawn or vacated.

Funds  in Specific Appropriation 2967A from the General Revenue Fund are
provided  for  library construction projects that are in compliance with

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
