The Committee on Education Appropriations (Lynn) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 027             Reduces General Revenue funding for state university
                         system enrollment growth by $10 million, adds $10
Spec App:  146           million to Public Schools for initiatives relating to
                         the Governor's proposed A++ legislation.

Funds in Specific Appropriation 91A are provided for the following:
DELTA Training, $3,600,000; DELTA Principal Awards, $2,000,000; Update
Sunshine State Standards for Middle Schools, $250,000; Model Middle
School Classroom Technology, $250,000; Summer Middle School Academy,
$500,000; Alternative Certification Academies, $1,500,000; and Online
Assessment for High School Students, $1,900,000.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
