The Committee on Justice Appropriations (Crist) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 04              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 023             This amendment increases the number of positions in the
                         State Attorney in the 9th Circuit by 6.5. The State
Spec App:  891           Attorney received equity funding for the 2004-05 fiscal
                         year, but no positions. This amendment provides the
                         needed positions, but no additional funding.
