GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Natural Resources
Water Quality; directs Health Dept. to conduct study to identify role of onsite sewage treatment & disposal systems on water quality; requires DEP to adopt rules for determining which waters are nutrient-impaired; provides that sewage treatment facilities revolving loan program is to be self-perpetuating; authorizes Health Dept. to adopt rules for bacteriological sampling of beach waters & issue health advisories, etc. Amends Ch. 403, 514.095.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
