SB 1032: Special Districts
GENERAL BILL by Rossin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Myers
Special Districts; specifies procedures for merger or dissolution of independent special districts created by county or municipality; revises amount of filing fee & number of required signatures on petitions in provisions which specify how candidates for governing board of certain single-county & multicounty special districts shall qualify; authorizes extra compensation for special district employees pursuant to resolution, etc. Amends Ch. 189, 215.425, 191.006.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
