GENERAL BILL by Laurent ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Edwards
Culpable Negligence/Pack of Dogs; provides that person commits offense of exposing another to personal injury through culpable negligence, when such person knowingly has permitted person's dog to run at large as "pack of dogs," as defined, & pack of dogs inflicts significant personal injury or death of any person occurs from injury inflicted by pack of dogs; provides penalties; provides applicability. Amends 784.05.
