Dangerous Dogs; redefines term "dangerous dog"; provides penalties for dog owner that disregards dog's dangerous propensities; amends procedures re imposing restrictions upon dogs classified as dangerous, including dogs that are subject to similar restrictions imposed by jurisdictions outside this state; provides that person commits offense of exposing another to personal injury through culpable negligence, etc. Amends 767.11-.13, 784.05.
