GENERAL BILL by Hargrett

Public Records/Family Foster Homes; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain information contained in files re licensure of family foster homes, residential child-caring agencies, & child-placing agencies; provides for repeal & for legislative review of exemption; provides rationale for exemption. Amends 409.175.
