GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Hargrett
Airports/Licensing Exemption; exempts certain airports used exclusively for aerial application or spraying of crops on seasonal basis from provision of law providing for approval of airport sites & licensing of airports; requires memorandums of understanding. Amends 330.30.
