GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Williams
Insurance; provides that provisions of Insurance Rates & Contracts Act do not apply to commercial inland marine insurance; revises composition of workers' compensation joint underwriting plan; prohibits insurers from providing workers' comp. to certain employers; prohibits further geographical expansion of Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Assn. eligibility; requires DOI to provide certain assistance to Holocaust victims, etc. Amends 627; creates 626.9543.
