Adult Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation; redefines term "closed without classification" & defines term "self-neglect"; provides duties when case is determined to be self-neglect; revises requirements for notification re classification of reports alleging abuse, neglect, & exploitation; deletes reference to self-neglect; revises circumstances under which elderly persons must receive primary consideration of community-care-for-elderly services. Amends Ch. 415, 430.205.
