Public Records/Kids Health Program; provides exemption from public records requirements for information provided by applicants to Fla. Kids Health Program; provides exemption for certain information obtained through quality assurance activities & patient satisfaction surveys; provides for future review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity; takes effect on date CS/SB 1228 or similar legislation becomes law, & shall not take effect if such legislation does not become law.
