GENERAL BILL
Victim's Bill of Rights; amends provision re guidelines for fair treatment of victims & witnesses in criminal justice & juvenile justice systems; entitles said section as "Victim's Bill of Rights"; removes restriction on applicability of specified provisions re info. for purposes of notifying victim or appropriate next of kin or other designated contact of victim, to provide for applicability thereof to cases other than homicide cases, etc. Amends 960.001.
