Agricultural Sales; revises "Florida Avocado, Mango, Lime, & Tomato Sales Law" to "Florida Tropical or Subtropical Fruit & Vegetables Sales Law"; revises provisions to apply to tropical or subtropical fruit & vegetables; prescribes use of certain containers in shipping or distribution; provides exception; revises definition; increases penalties. Amends 570.55, 603.161.
