CS/CS/SB 1308: Domestic Violence
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Children, Families and Seniors ; Hargrett
Domestic Violence; provides that child may not obtain injunction for protection against domestic violence based on acts committed by family member unless such acts constitute harm or child abuse or neglect. Amends 741.30.
