SB 1398: Municipal Special Assessments
GENERAL BILL by Meadows
Municipal Special Assessments; provides exemption from any special assessment levied by municipality to fund emergency medical services for property owned or occupied by governmentally financed, insured, or subsidized housing facility used primarily for persons who are elderly or disabled; provides applicability. Amends 170.201.
