GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Health Care ; Banking and Insurance ; Brown-Waite
Delivery of Health Care Services; directs AHCA to establish outpatient specialty services pilot project; provides exemption from Insurance Code for certain health care services; creates "Provider-Sponsored-Organization Act"; prohibits provider-sponsored organization from transacting insurance business other than offering of Medicare Choice plans, etc. Amends 409.912, 641.227,.316; creates 624.1291, 641.801-.806.
