GENERAL BILL by Children & Family Empowerment ; Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Dockery

Prison Inmates/Benefits; provides that state shall be reimbursed for all medical treatment rendered inmate; provides that workers' compensation benefits be paid in certain circumstances; prohibits temporary cash assistance & services to inmate; prohibits food stamp issuance to inmate; prohibits provision of Medicaid services to inmate; prohibits optional payments for medical assistance & related services to inmate. Amends 440.15, 414.095,.32, 409.903,.904.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
