CS/SB 1458: Coastal Redevelopment
GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burt ; Bankhead
Coastal Redevelopment; provides legislative intent for scope of activities included in community redevelopment; redefines terms "blighted area," "community redevelopment," & "community redevelopment area"; requires additional findings before approval of certain community redevelopment plans; provides for geographical location of pilot project & for its administration; provides exemptions to certain coastal construction requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 163. APPROPRIATION: $3,500,000.
