GENERAL BILL by Agriculture ; Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller
Amusement Rides; provides safety standards for amusement rides; requires adoption of specified standards & rules; prohibits operation of said rides without permit & affidavit of compliance; provides for testing of said rides; requires inspections; provides insurance requirements; prohibits specified bungy operations; provides for denial, suspension, & revocation of permits & inspection certificates, etc. Amends 212.08, 570.46, 616.13,.242.
