GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Williams ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Thomas
Juvenile Offenders/Boot Camps; provides funding for boot camps operated by Juvenile Justice Dept., a county, or municipal government, contingent upon specific appropriation, local funding or state & local funding; requires boot camps operated by sheriff to be under his or her supervisory jurisdiction & authority; provides for children committed to boot camp to be placed in boot camp in or nearest to judicial circuit in which they were adjudicated, etc. Amends 985.309.
