GENERAL BILL by Sullivan
Journalist's Privilege; creates privilege for professional journalists to refuse to be witness or to disclose specified information; provides definitions; authorizes courts to order disclosure of certain information; provides for nonwaiver of privilege; provides for affidavit of authenticity; provides severability. Creates 90.5015.
