Notices of Tax Levies; revises notice that must be published by taxing authorities other than school districts if they tentatively adopt a millage rate in excess of 100 percent of rolled-back rate; redesignates document as notice of tax levy, rather than notice of proposed tax increase. Amends 200.065.
