SB 1534: Habitual Violent Felony Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Habitual Violent Felony Offenders; authorizes court to sentence defendant to extended term of imprisonment as habitual violent felony offender if defendant has previously been convicted of lewd, lascivious, or indecent conduct or of any attempt or conspiracy to commit such offense. Amends 775.084.
