Timeshare Plans; revises language re scope of chapter re timeshare plans; revises provisions re contracts for purchase of timeshare periods; revises provisions re public offering statements; provides time period for amendments which add new component site to approved multisite timeshare plan; deletes language re certain incidental benefits offered by developer; creates "Timeshare Lien Foreclosure Act", etc. Amends Ch. 721.
