Legislative Services/JLMC; defines term "division," for purposes of lobbyist registration, as Division of Legislative Information Services; transfers certain functions of Joint Legislative Management Committee to division or to presiding officers; provides for said officers to determine subsistence rates; abolishes Joint Legislative Management Committee & replaces it with Office of Legislative Services, etc. Amends FS.
