GENERAL BILL by Financial Services ; Feeney ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Livingston ; Morroni ; Culp ; Harrington

Certified Capital Company Act; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office of Governor's Executive Office to administer tax credits; creates said act; provides grounds for application denial or decertification; specifies investment benchmarks; provides credit against premium tax liability; requires Banking & Finance Dept. to conduct annual reviews of said companies; provides for transfer of tax credits, etc. Amends 14.2015; creates 288.99. APPROPRIATION: $340,434.
