GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Rossin
Water Control Districts; deletes definition of term "water control district" & revises definition of term "water control plan"; provides for landowner vote of fractional acreage; provides quorum requirements; provides for appointment of supervisor; eliminates surety bond requirements for district engineers; provides criteria for awarding construction contracts; revises requirements for development & amendment of district water control plans, etc. Amends Ch. 298.
