Criminal/Juvenile Delinquency Appeal; constitutional amendment to limit criminal & juvenile delinquency appeals; transfers criminal & juvenile delinquency jurisdiction of Florida Supreme Court to newly created court of criminal appeals; provides for appointment or election of justices & officers of such court; transfers rulemaking authority re criminal & juvenile delinquency matters from Supreme Court to court of criminal appeals. Amends ss. 1, 2, 3, Art. V.
