SB 1658: Workers' Compensation
GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Workers' Compensation; deletes limitations on chiropractic treatment; requires physician to provide copies of medical reports to injured employee; deletes certification requirements; deletes limitations on referrals between health care providers; expands membership of panel that determines maximum reimbursement allowances; increases period for temporary total disability, permanent impairment, & temporary partial disability benefits, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
