Motor Vehicle Liability Limits; limits liability for certain damages arising from motor vehicle accidents; requires renters with foreign driver licenses to purchase certain liability insurance from motor vehicle rental business; modifies language required in rental & lease agreements re insurance coverage; provides for required notice; provides for severability. Creates 768.092; amends 627.7263.
