Sales Taxes (RAB); revises sales tax exemption provided for food & drinks; exempts additional medical supplies & equipment; defines term "prescriptions"; revises exemption for school books & school lunches; revises provisions re technical assistance advisory committee established to provide advice in determining taxability of specific products; provides for issuance of technical assistance advisements, etc. Amends 212.08, 213.22.
