GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Ostalkiewicz
Financial Matters (RAB); provides for adoption of procedures for notifying taxpayer of assessment or denial of refund; prescribes conditions under which trust will be considered Florida-situs trust; provides for conferences re denial of refunds; provides for determination of percentage of fire insurance within insurance line; authorizes DOR to adopt rules for reporting certain business transactions, etc. Amends 72.011, 199.052, 213.21, 220.222, 624.515, 896.102.
