Revenue Laws/Administration; requires banks & financial organizations filing annual intangible personal property tax returns for their customers to file info using machine-sensible media; provides for participation in RISE; prohibits sales or use tax & rental car surcharge on motor vehicle provided at no charge to person whose vehicle is being repaired; provides for determination of percentage of fire insurance within insurance line, etc. Amends FS.
