CS/HB 4413: Revenue Laws/Administration

GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Finance & Taxation ; Starks ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Murman

Revenue Laws/Administration; requires banks & financial organizations filing annual intangible personal property tax returns for their customers to file info using machine-sensible media; provides for participation in RISE; prohibits sales or use tax & rental car surcharge on motor vehicle provided at no charge to person whose vehicle is being repaired; provides for determination of percentage of fire insurance within insurance line, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 7/1/1998 07/01/1998 except as otherwise provided
