CS/CS/SB 1796: Juvenile Sex Offenders

GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Criminal Justice ; McKay

Juvenile Sex Offenders; requires CFS Dept. to notify school superintendent of any juvenile who has known history of sexual behavior with other juveniles or who has been convicted of certain specified sexual offenses; provides that it is 2nd degree misdemeanor for school district employee to disclose such information to unauthorized person; authorizes any child protection team or state attorney to establish sexual abuse intervention network, etc. Amends FS.
