GENERAL BILL by Cowin

WAGES/Restaurants & Alcohol Taxes; provides legislative intent re encouraging employment of participants in WAGES program; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to certify to President of Senate & Speaker of House of Representatives amount of taxes & economic benefit generated by restaurant industry from employing WAGES participants & to add that amount to total amount of certain beverage taxes & penalties paid during specified calendar year, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
