GENERAL BILL by Financial Services ; Safley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lippman ; Maygarden ; Flanagan ; Bainter ; Lawson ; Rayson ; Ball ; Dennis

Property Insurance; specifies appropriations of certain moneys in Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund for certain purposes; provides that policyholders of special purpose homeowner insurance companies are subject to emergency assessments; provides for calculation of catastrophe loads; provides standards for membership in Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Assn.; provides for participation in emergency assessments; provides for market equalization surcharge, etc. Amends FS.
