GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Dudley

Traffic Violations/Eluding Officer; prescribes additional assessments to be made by courts re traffic infractions to be used to fund law enforcement education & training; provides that it is third-degree felony for person to willfully flee or attempt to elude law enforcement officer in marked patrol vehicle; provides that offense of aggravated fleeing or eluding law enforcement officer is second-degree felony, etc. Amends 318.18, 316.1935, 921.0022.
