GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Industrial Life Insurance Policies; prohibits issuance or delivery of industrial life insurance policies after certain date; provides that existing policies of said insurance remain subject to applicable provisions of Insurance Code & rules adopted thereunder; requires annual disclosure by insurers of said insurance. Creates 627.5015.
